Everest
Responsive Build

HTML / CSS / JQUERY / EPiServer

Everest have over 2 million customers and almost ¼ million unique visits each month.

As part of a team of UX, back-end developers and project managers, I've worked with the client for over three years to continuously improve usability and site performance through A/B testing, speed tests and accessibility reviews.

Built with a modular mobile-first approach and a custom CSS framework that I developed, I regularly maintain and review code for ongoing weekly code deployments.

Android and iOS App

XAML / C# / Xamarin

As Europe's premier touring organisation, The Caravan Club represents the interests of over one million caravanners and trailer tent owners.

Working closely with back-end developers, we created an app for The Club allowing users to search and book UK sites as well as manage bookings from their Android or iOS device.

It uses a combination of XAML and C# with Xamarin Forms allowing us to produce native applications. As an agile project, we had weekly sprints and daily scrums with the client as well as dedicated testing periods. With ongoing releases we are ensuring the app is continuously improving and addressing feedback from The Club members.

The RSA
Responsive Build

HTML / CSS / JQUERY / EPISERVER

The RSA is a powerful network where fellows are encouraged to engage with a wide range of the RSA's work and to develop their own initiatives.

The significant mobile-first responsive rebuild was run as an agile project over the duration of a year. As the lead front-end developer my roles included presenting best practice approaches at stakeholder meetings, working within a dedicated team that included freelancers and regular contact with the client.

In addition to the overall modular website build, I created and maintained the core design pattern library and conducted full AA colour accessibility reviews.

Multiple projects

HTML / CSS / JQUERY / WORDPRESS / CHART.JS

Working with the in-house Wealth & Investment development team we're currently developing an internal document generator. The project required a thorough front-end technical specification for all aspects of the document including chart.js graphs and best practices.

The "Click & Invest" responsive website will offer financial advice with rich video content and interactive graphs. As head of front-end I've overseen the entire build through code reviews and close management of my team.

Note: The main site is not live yet.

Sponsorworks
web app

HTML / CSS / ANGULAR.JS

Sponsorworks is a cloud based event management platform for sponsorship and business events.

Built with angular.js the complex system includes ticketing and event management, customisable emails, advanced reporting and a mobile optimised interface for both general and admin users. Working in conjunction with backend developers, the system was completely rebuilt vastly improving the usability of the entire product.

I've also worked on...
